Welcome to Studio Majnoona.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, store, content, and made-to-order furniture products (collectively, the “Services”).

Studio Majnoona is operated by Jana Fadi Sawaya, based in Lebanon. Throughout these Terms, “Studio Majnoona,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the owner and operator of the brand.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.


1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.


2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS (MADE-TO-ORDER)

All furniture pieces offered by Studio Majnoona are made-to-order.

This means:

  • Production begins only after an order is placed and full payment is received.
  • Items are not mass-produced or held in stock.
  • The same design may be produced again for other customers.

Product images, renderings, and photographs are for reference purposes only. Due to natural materials and screen variations, actual colors and finishes may differ slightly from what appears online.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any design at any time.


3. MATERIALS & NATURAL VARIATION

Our furniture incorporates natural materials such as wood, stone, metal, and fabric.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Natural materials may exhibit variations in grain, tone, texture, and pattern.
  • Subtle differences between product images and the final piece are normal.
  • Such variations are not considered defects.


4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

For all made-to-order furniture:

  • Full payment (100% of the total price) is required before production begins.
  • Production will not commence until payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Once production has started, orders may not be canceled or refunded.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and do not include shipping, customs duties, or import taxes unless specified.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.


5. PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Estimated production time is 4–8 weeks from confirmation of full payment.

This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary due to:

  • Material availability
  • Supplier delays
  • Workshop conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Studio Majnoona is not liable for reasonable production delays.


6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs.

Studio Majnoona may arrange shipment through DHL upon request. Shipping fees will be calculated and included in the final invoice and must be paid prior to dispatch.

Delivery timelines provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is handed to the shipping carrier.

If the customer arranges independent pickup or third-party transportation, Studio Majnoona is not responsible for damage occurring after the item leaves our workshop.

The customer must inspect the product upon delivery and notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt if visible damage has occurred.


7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all items are made-to-order, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

Requests regarding defects must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence.


8. PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY

All furniture must be used solely for its intended purpose.

Studio Majnoona is not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Overloading
  • Modification
  • Negligence
  • Environmental exposure
  • Failure to follow care instructions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Majnoona’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, sketches, renderings, product names, branding, images, and website content are the intellectual property of Studio Majnoona.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of design rights.

You may not reproduce, replicate, resell, or commercially exploit any design without prior written consent.


10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Studio Majnoona.

We may use third-party shipping providers, payment processors, or tools. We are not responsible for interruptions or policies of third-party service providers.


11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated, all products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.


12. FORCE MAJEURE

Studio Majnoona shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, political instability, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or transportation interruptions.


13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.


14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
