Refund policy

At Studio Majnoona, each piece is made-to-order and produced only after an order is placed and full payment is received. Because of the nature of our production process, our return and refund policy is outlined below.


1. Made-to-Order Policy

All furniture pieces are made-to-order.

Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled, returned, or refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Personal preference after delivery
  • Minor aesthetic variations in natural materials


2. Natural Material Variations

Our pieces incorporate natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal.

Variations in grain, texture, tone, and pattern are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects. Such variations do not qualify for return or refund.


3. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives visibly damaged:

  • You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and damage must be provided.
  • Damage must also be noted with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery whenever possible.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours of receipt constitutes acceptance of the item in good condition.

If damage is verified as having occurred during shipping arranged by Studio Majnoona, we will work with the shipping provider to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.


4. Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery and provide detailed photographic evidence.

If we determine that a defect exists and is due to workmanship (not misuse, improper installation, or environmental exposure), we may:

  • Repair the item,
  • Replace the affected component, or
  • Offer a partial refund, at our sole discretion.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Misuse, improper installation, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Environmental factors (humidity, heat exposure, outdoor use unless specified)
  • Third-party transport arranged by the customer


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

If a return is exceptionally approved at our discretion, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and associated fees.


7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation.
