Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Studio Majnoona.


1. Shipping Costs

Shipping and delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

All applicable shipping fees will be communicated prior to dispatch and must be paid in full before shipment.


2. Shipping Method

Studio Majnoona may arrange shipment through DHL upon request.

If shipping is arranged by us:

  • Shipping fees will be included in the final invoice.
  • Tracking information will be provided once available.

Customers may also arrange independent pickup or third-party transportation at their own expense.


3. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

If the customer arranges independent pickup or third-party transport, Studio Majnoona is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss occurring after the item leaves our workshop.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Studio Majnoona is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


5. International Shipping

For international orders, the customer is responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees
  • Any additional charges imposed by the destination country

Studio Majnoona is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by authorities.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage must be:

  • Reported to the shipping carrier immediately, and
  • Reported to Studio Majnoona in writing within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the product in good condition.
